A church conversion that respected the past, while solidifying the future.

Park Lofts was an absolute success for Terra Firma Homes. It was an old Baptist church, which was converted into 8 beautiful townhomes. Careful attention to the retention of key elements was a big part of this build as the church was considered a heritage structure. Specialty craftsmen were brought in to ensure that intricate details were repaired or improved with skill and precision so that the building remained intact while allowing for an interior modernization and restructuring. All available homes sold within 2 weeks and now house 8 West Toronto families who are enjoying the fantastic luxury finishes, chic location, and access to some of the area’s best amenities, all made available via Park Lofts.
